As you may or may not know I was diagnosed with Cronh's disease 9 years ago. Thankfully it does not majorly impact on my life as much as others but as it is there is still no know cure for this illness and I would like to think that I will not have to live my whole life with it which is why I am a big supporter of this charity who strive to find a cure.
