Donating is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to add to Livvy's fund and benefit  the Children's Brian Tumour Research Centre. If you’re a taxpayer a 25% in Gift Aid plus a 3% supplement will be added to your donation.

Olivia;

Born 1st December 1989 and died on 15th January 1999 aged 9 from a 'brain stem glioma tumour.

Once diagnosed in May 1998 there was unfortunately only one prognosis. During her last year, with her family she had tremendous fun. Doing all we could with Olivia whilst keep life as normal as possible.

Olivia was constantly losing the use of limbs and normal functions once diagnosed; never did she complain or ask reaching questions as to any outcome. It was always a positive reflection.

Her school friends and teachers were excellent with the continued support and help. Any medical staff she encountered (at one stage a daily routine) were fantastic towards to all her needs and necessary medical attention. Her only moan and fear - The dreaded finger 'Pin Prick' for a blood sample! 

Her courage throughout was phenomenal.

The support and uplifting environment generated by her family, and most importantly Mum and Sister, was the security and comfort blanket that covered all. That said, her physical comfort blanket, 'Livvy's bay', was never distant.

Olivia lived a full and entertaining life.  A pure sweet heart to us all..... only ever a desire to do good and succeed in her life.

Livvy is with us forever, always close by.
