Day 1. London to Newhaven. 100km. Includes a "challenging hill climb"

Day 2 . Dieppe to Gourney. 88k. "uphill sections - some longer and more challenging than others"

Day 3. 114km to the Eiffel Tower. "The route is mainly uphill"

Why are we doing this?! Because Nightingale is an amazing place.  It is not just a care home, it is the largest care home in the UK and is truly unique.  We read all the time in the press about how badly treated the elderly are in this country but at Nightingale they work hard to provide a Home for Life giving their 250 residents (average age 89) the chance to enjoy life as well as giving them the very best medical care. 

We need to make sure the lovely residents at Nightingale have the very best care at all times so please help us raise some money for them.
