On Sunday April 22nd 2007 Pat and her daughter Nicola will be running the Flora London Marathon.
It's an amazing challenge and we both have our own personal challenges to meet. For Pat it's about undertaking and completing the marathon before a milestone birthday next year - Pat had never run before she made the decision to do the marathon.
For Nicola, whose been running races for the last few years it's about running a distance she never thought she could do in a good time.
But we both have one common aim to raise money for Age Concern so please give generously. We have been training since the early summer to achieve our challenge!
