Story
A few months ago Mum somehow managed to convince me to run the Half Marathon with her. Having agreed thinking 'it can't be that hard', I was then shown the route around what seems to be the whole of London and I suddenly felt quite sick. I am not fit, I'm very lazy and so I am now coming to terms with the fact that the run will be awful! But I'm hoping any donations I recieve will make all the pain/sore knees/after school runs worth it.
I am running for The Alzheimer's Society, in memory of my lovely Grandpa Michael, who sadly had this horrible disease. I know though that he would have been very proud (and probably amazed) that me and Mum are running. So whether you're donating for the charity or simply the thought of me plodding, red-faced, around London, THANK YOU!
