Just  a  brief  update  to  thank  you all   for  your  kind  support

I made  it  to  Paris !!  :)  with  your  support  in  my  endeavours  in  Raising  Money  for  the  Royal  British  Legion,  along  with  another  297  cyclists,  by  Pedaling  around  290  miles  from  London to  Paris you helped  raise over  £1/2  million  and  still  counting!  for  this  wonderful  charity

 I  arrived safe  and  sore  (the  cobbles  up  the  Champs  Elyse did  not  help! )   on  Sunday  `9^th  September,  exhausting  and  exhilarating  at  the  same  time!

Thanks  for  all  the  sponsorship  received  and  so  far   you  have  helped  me  raise  over  £1500+  for  the charity   the  Royal  British  Legion  a  big  THANK  YOU.

I  have  updated  the  photos  of  my  arrival  in  Paris.  Any  further  donations large  and  small will  still  be  gratefully  received.

 I  am  fund  raising  for the  British legion, on  the  100th  anniversary  of the start of the  First  World  War,  its  a  time  of  special  reflection and tribute,  in particular those in my family who  have made  the ultimate sacrifice in serving  their Country.  To my  Uncle  Charles who  died  on the  Burma  railway,  who  was  named after his uncle  Charley  Housley who  died in the  trenches  in 1917.

There  are  those who also remain who  have also  been devastated by the impact of more recent conflicts,  and  I  know  that  the money  I  raise  will  be  used  to  good effect by  the  Royal  British  Legion,  for those who  have served  and  their  dependents,  this charity  can not just  rely  on  poppy  day  in  raising  in much needed funds,  as its  out  goings  are  all  year round.
