As a Great Grandfather I enjoy challenging myself whilst supporting charities.  The story so far:

• Lands End to John o,Groats (for MS Society)
• Coast to Coast in Wales (for Royal Brompton Hosp)

My latest challenge is the Prudential 100 where I will be supporting the WellChild charity.

I am a passionate rider and as the Chairman of Woking Cycle users group I encourage all to embrace cycling for health and pleasure.
