Story

Staff Wellbeing at Queen's launched Queen’s Wednesday Choir in September this year. The choir was the second staff choir set up to help promote physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.

The choir rehearse every Wednesday in the Music Building, School of Arts, English and Languages. They are led by Choirmaster Una McCann who takes them through uplifting songs from many genres including blues, pop, Americana, gospel and world music.

The First Live Performance of the Queen's Wednesday Choir will take place on Wednesday 14 December 2016 @ 1.15 pm in the Great Hall, Queen's University Belfast. The event is open to friends and family of the choir members and staff.

Each attendee is invited to make a minimum donation of £3 to our nominated charity, Queen’s University Foundation, who develop pioneering cancer treatments and advances in patient care.
