I have been involved in fund-raising for this trust for 4 years and in that time I have visited Eritrea 3 times to see how the money is being spent.

In the last 4 years, your donations through sponsored events like this cycle challenge have made a huge difference to the lives of children and teachers in rural Eritrea.

We have supplied solar-powered computers and lights; repaired and replaced desks and chairs; built a library and stocked it with books; supplied new books, games and sporting equipment; whitewashed classroom walls and put new floors in.

At present, the villagers of Bogu are using funds raised by the trust to build a rainwater harvester, which will use the corrugated roof of the school to collect fresh water for the whole village.  Thankyou for your donation!
