Breaking Barriers NW aims to challenge and remove the barriers to inclusion and support and empower families of Disabled children and young people aged 0-25. They will then be better able to manage whatever challenges they are currently facing. We believe difference is amazing and worth celebrating.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Kiera Byland is 16 years old and a Disabled athlete from Bolton. She has been selected to represent Great Britain in cycling at the Special Olympic World Games in Los Angeles in 2015 and she and her family must fund her training and travel to get there. Not only that but she is the ONLY representative from the North West of England. Kiera is a truly inspirational young lady and one of our tremendous young volunteers. Please help Breaking Barriers NW support Kiera as she realises her dream of representing her country internationally.              GO KB!!!! xxxx
