On the 2nd of August I will be cycling 100 miles in the Prudential Ride London-Surrey cycling event with the aim to raise as much money as I can for Parkinson's UK.  

Parkinson's UK are a fantastic organisation set up to provide care and support to people suffering from Parkinson's Disease. 

One person in every 500 has Parkinson's. That's about 127,000 people in the UK. Symptoms and how quickly they progress are different for everyone.There's currently no cure, but drugs and treatments are available to manage many of the symptoms. Your contributions will go towards new research into treatments and ensure resources such as trained nurses are available to help those with Parkinson's manage their condition and make everyday that little bit easier.

This charity is close to my heart, so please dig deep and give if you can. Every donation is greatly appreciated and will make a difference.
