To celebrate the start of my 70th year, I wanted to give myself the major challenge of cycling the length of the UK. 1000 miles from Lands End to John O'Groats - and whilst doing it, to raise a little money for the Rowans Hospice.

As some of you know, I've volunteered at this local hospice for the past 5 years. Serving breakfasts, or working on their collection vans. This bike ride gives me an opportunity to provide more support for the wonderful team who offer excellent palliative care to patients with life limiting progressive illnesses. 

It's a great cause, and a really appreciative team who will directly benefit from any money I'm able to raise. So, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. And thank you for your support.
