Every day three people in the UK and Ireland are told that they will never walk again; their lives and those of their families are changed forever.

 After my recent back injury I was lucky enough to get back on my feet walking again. 

 I wanted to know more about the complexities of spinal injury and the support that is offered to people less fortunate than me.

After a bit of research I came across the charity - Spinal Research.

Spinal Research's vision is a world where a spinal chord injury does not mean a lifetime of paralysis. 

The charity gives hope to the 50,000 people in the UK, and 2.5 million worldwide, living with spinal chord injury. 

The money you can help me raise will go towards developing treatments to restore feeling and mobility to people paralysed by spinal chord injury.
