Tri Regions Rugby Competition · 3 May 2017

We are a dedicated group of 8 property and construction professionals who give their time, resources and expertise free of charge to raise the maximum amount year on year. Every penny raised goes directly to the children's charities that we support.

Story

On behalf of the North West Property Rugby Team we are seeking to raise funds for Norfox through our Annual Tri Regions Rugby Tournament.

This day comprises teams of property professionals from the North West, Midlands and Yorkshire with matches due to ko at Birkenhead Park FC on 3 May at 3pm.

This will be the 10 th year of competition, the 6 th year as an expanded tri regions and the standard of play has risen consistently year on year

The inaugural game was a thrilling encounter between Yorkshire and Midlands in 2008 where the Tykes held out to win.

Having learnt their initial lesson the Midlands bolstered their squad and it pains me to point out that they have returned with the silverware on each occasion since!

No doubt they will again be a force to be reckoned with as the travel North onto the Leisure Peninsular.

Yorkshire also will pose stiff opposition this year having already had a ‘warm up’ game where they showed true Corinthian spirit in generously conceded a try in the final moments to give victory to a fledgling North East Property XV.   I am sure they will not show such generosity today as they battle for the trophy and to retain the Rose Bowl, which has regularly changed hands since 2012

May I thank all players, managers and sponsors for making this tournament possible and this years chosen charity is NORFOX –

the North West’s only dedicated property Charity supporting children projects across the region.

 Donations would be greatly appreciated
