At the last minute SUO Lauren Rose and I have volunteered to run the Bristol Half Marathon this sunday in order to raise money for the asscociation of Of Children's Hospices.

As this is a last minute attempt to help the charity who were unable to fill their reserved slots please could we ask you to help us achieve the fundraising target of £200.

I know that we have often asked for contributions for 'Help For Heroes' fundraising during the last year - but this time we are trying to help another very worthwhile cause.
