<p>The <strong>Diamond Way Buddhist Group of Oxford </strong>has launched this page to raise money for the New London Centre project. Our aim is to help our friends in London to buy and build a new meditation centre.</p>
<p>Our locally organised fundraising events are the following:</p>
<p>- <strong>LONDON ROADSHOW</strong> arriving to Oxford - 24-25th March</p>
<p>- <strong>PAINTBALL</strong> weekend - 15th October</p>
<p>- <strong>APPLE BAR</strong> with homemade cakes, pies and drinks set up at public lectures</p>
<p>- <strong>SHORT FILM</strong> with personal "best wishes" of the members of the Oxford Sangha & selling virtual cinema tickets</p>

<p><strong>--== NEWS OF EVENTS ==--</strong></p>
<p><strong>LONDON ROADSHOW: </strong>a full weekend event with a Buddhist teacher, meditation, a public lecture in the Town Hall, a fundraising party with students of "Oxford University of Mind" and live music Sunday chill with Jumble Sale and BBQ. All for one goal: to reach our fundraising target. All welcome! :)</p>
<p><strong>PAINTBALL GAME:</strong> we had a great fun playing paintball with more than 20 friends. All the profits gone to NLC!</p>
<p><strong>THE ORGANIC APPLE BAR</strong> with Alex's Polish Apple&Carrot Cake, Ana's Venezuelan Brownie Muffin, Tom's Apple Crumble, Niki's Hung(a)ry Apple Pie and Maciek's Apple Jam Collection plus with the freshly squeezed apple juice and fruits was a great success. (see photos) With the help of Imi's Jamaican Kitchen we raised more than a hundred pounds on Matt's lectures. Thank you all! :)</p>
<p><strong>SHORT FILM LAUNCHED</strong> - on the NLC campaign night an audio-visual message has been delivered in a form of a video to inspire our friends in London. (see a footage shot among the pictures)</p>
