My story

It's 10 years on from the first event held by Parveen Sheikh and the commitee she started now named PACE and we're still working for Scannappeal and Imran Khan's Shaukat KhanumHospital.

We aim to help cancer sufferers both in the UK and abroad and we hope you will be able to support us by celebrating 10 years of PACE this year!

We have members funning the 10k, an Eid bonanza and our annual 5 miles walk which a new 10 miles for 10 years route for those die hard PACE Pacers.

Scannappeal was founded in1987 and raises funds for vital medical equipment for hospitals in Buckinghamshire, particularly for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients. Sixteen appeals for equipment have now been completed, raising over £7m. This equipment has been used by one in seven of the local population.
