Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This year I'm very privileged to be doing the first stage of the Ride Across Britain for Team Cisco in support of the British Paralympic Association.

The first stage is from Lands End to Okehampton and is 111 miles which is a big challenge for me as this year, as I'm more used to cycling 11 miles as family commitments and the weather this year have left little time to get out on the bike. Despite this I'm putting in some serious training but was disheartened when one my colleagues asked me if I had a major hangover one morning, its very tough making that leap in distance and still walking / looking / acting normal :)

I'm very happy to be supporting the British Paralympic Associtation as they support some truely inspirational athletes doing amazing things in sport, so please dig deep and spare whatever you can to support this very worthy cause.
