<p>So, as some of you may know, I am planning on spending this entire summer paddling from England to Finland with Alice and Erin. This is a two and half month expedition, and the training has already begun, with preparations well underway.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are aiming to raise&nbsp;&pound;10,000 for three charities, and I have chosen Alzheimers Research UK for mine - my grandmother suffered from this disease for much of her later life, eventually passing away last year.
