Completed the race in 3hrs 48 mins 13 secs, coming in sub 4 hours as planned. Overall the race went to plan, except for the last 2 miles when my hamstring went, followed by cramp in every mussle in both legs! However all of your kind donations got me through in the end. </span></p>
