Story

One good hip, one good lung, middle aged and overworked, but running 22.09km on April 21st in the St. George's School Great Curry Run 2012. That is 3 and a half hours plus of dutch trance music..... Yah yah techno techno !

Training going great until January. Since then dodgy chest and David Beckham style foot injury trashed training in Jan to March, but now all systems go again ! Been trying to catch up on missed training by getting up at 0545 on school trip to Eastern Europe. Quite cool running the streets of Berlin and Prague, but not on 5 hours sleep. Back up to 13km on Easter Sunday which is at least in the right timezone as 22km if not the right post code. We shall see.

Nearly 300 service personnel have been killed or wounded in Afghanistan in 2011 alone. Help the Soldier's Charity help them.
