On 24 July 2010 I am taking part in a mile long sea swim across the Camel estuary from Padstow to Rock for the benefit of Macmillan Cancer Support. This was my first open water swim in 2009 and almost finished me off ! I am hoping for a happier experience in 2010 but the happiest feeling will be a worthwhile sponsorship for the benefit of this charity.
