The UHD Porter's are back again this October in their pinkest finery.

This year we are keeping it local and raising awareness and funds to support our very own Breast Cancer services at University Hospitals Dorset - the Jigsaw and Breast Screening unit.

Every year the Porter's meet hundreds of women and men coming through our doors during a scarey time. The women's health departments at Poole and Bournemouth do an amazing job, diagnosing and treating these patients with empathy and care.

The Porter's are also passionate about raising awareness for this important cause due to the personal and professional experiences many have been through and we hope by wearing pink and spreading the word we can encourage others to not only join in and wear pink themselves but notice any changes and seek help if they ever needed it.
