Story
I’m running the London Marathon in support of Jami, a charity close to my heart that does vital work to support mental health within the Jewish community.
Mental health is something that touches all of us, whether directly or through people we care about. Jami provides life-changing support to individuals and families when they need it most, offering understanding and hope at times that can otherwise feel overwhelming.
This is going to be my first marathon and will of course be an enormous physical challenge but it feels very small compared to the challenges faced by those living with mental health difficulties every day. By taking on this 26.2 miles, I'm hoping it will help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and contribute in a practical way to the incredible work Jami does.
Any donation small or large is incredibly appreciated and I'm grateful for any support along the way - it genuinely means a lot and will inspire me to give this everything I've got.
