2026 marks 10 years since we sadly lost my dad following a stroke.

Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland were a great support to my dad and our family after his initial stroke offering invaluable support and advice.

I want to continue to give something back and raise vital funds for this amazing charity who continue to support everyday those living with chest, heart and stroke conditions in Scotland.

On 27th September 2026 I will be running the Berlin marathon and have set a target of raising £500.
