Story
The Oxygen Works is a local, independent Scottish charity (SC020475) based in Inverness. We provide oxygen therapy and personalised support and treatments to people living in the Scottish Highlands.
Across all of our operations and interactions we focus on the individuals we support at all times. Providing the highest standard of treatment and client care. We operate an environment of trust and respect to provide a positive experience for all.

"I’ll be taking on the Affric Kintail Way—but with a twist.
My original plan was to carry an oxygen cylinder across the full 44-mile route over several days. However, after some (very sensible!) advice, we’ve had to rethink this—given the cylinders weigh up to 78kg, are commercially rented, and come with significant risk if damaged.
So instead, we’ve adapted the challenge.
Over two days, a small team (myself and three others—plus anyone keen to join!) will complete the route from Morvich to Drumnadrochit, carrying the equivalent weight in relay format. We’ll each take turns carrying the load, along with all the additional kit needed to complete the challenge.

A bit of background on why this means so much to me…
Having recently joined Inverness Chamber of Commerce, I attended my first networking event where I met Jenni Donnelly, General Manager at The Oxygen Works. We instantly connected, and hearing more about the charity really struck a chord.
I then connected with Leigh-Ann and came across a post that stopped me in my tracks:

“The Oxygen Works saved my life… Everyone is brought to life here.”
