hello and thank you to all for coming to view , donate and read this page. I am doing this fundraiser due to a personal reason. I have a son 2 years old who has spent his life in and out of hospital having brain surgerys. At first this was so difficult as we didn’t know about Ronald McDonald and me and his mother and our parents spent months sleeping in cars , hotels , under trees and travelling around London trying to find cheap air b&bs just so we could be close to our beau in hospital. Ronald McDonald changed this and give us a home away from home right next to the hospital and our son to support him as a family through his daily fights with illness and surgery’s. There are millions of family’s all over who rely on this charity and we believe we can help not only raise money but also spread awareness to other family’s that this amazing charity is there to help! Ronald McDonald House Charities UK provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation to families with children having treatment in hospital.

Our Houses offer much more than just a place to stay; they provide family activities, peer support, respite, and many other services. This means that families can be by their child’s bedside in a matter of moments, whilst maintaining a degree of normal life with reduced emotional and financial strain.
