Story
For much of my life, I’ve faced challenges with my mental health—often quietly, and often feeling like I had to manage it alone. There have been difficult days, but also moments of growth, understanding, and resilience that have brought me to where I am today.
Taking on the Kent Downs Ultra is more than just a physical challenge for me. It’s a way of recognising how far I’ve come, while also shining a light on something that affects so many people but is still too often misunderstood or overlooked.
I’m raising money for Mind, a charity that provides vital support, information, and advocacy for anyone experiencing mental health problems. Their work helps people feel less alone and gives them the tools to cope, recover, and thrive.
If you’re able to donate, I’d be incredibly grateful. And if you’re struggling yourself, I hope this reminds you that progress is possible—and you’re not alone.
Thank you for your support 💙
