Monday 5th May 2025, my Step-Father Tom lost his battle with Alzheimer's, such a heartbreaking disease and seeing a loved one gradually deteriorate from being a tower of strength.

I want to change the ending of this awful disease.

I will be racing at Ironman Lanzarote 2026 in memory of my Step-Father Tom.
