​On 20th of June 26, I’ve decided to do something a little bit brave (and honestly, a lot terrifying)—I’m jumping out of a plane to raise money for the 4 All Foundation.

​Why am I doing this?

As someone who lives with ADHD and manages my own mental health journey, I know first-hand how important it is to have accessible, local support. Sometimes, life can feel like a bit of a freefall, and organizations like 4 All Foundation are the safety nets that help people find their feet again.

​They do incredible work right here in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin, providing community hubs, school projects, and outreach for people who need it most. They support the aspirations of people just like me, making sure no one in our community has to struggle in silence or without a sense of belonging.

​The Challenge:

Living with a "cognitive" brain like mine means I'm always looking for the next rush—but 15,000 feet is a whole new level! I want to prove that having ADHD or mental health struggles doesn't define what you can achieve. If I can jump out of a plane, I can handle anything.

I’ve set a target of £1000. Every penny stays local, helping the 4 All Foundation keep their hubs open and their initiatives running. Whether it’s £1 or £20, your support means the world to me and to the people across Shropshire who rely on these services.
