𝗠𝘆 𝟴𝟬𝟬-𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲 ♥️

Starting on 1st December 2024, I am taking on a big challenge—pledging to walk 800 miles by 30th September 2025. That’s 2.5 miles 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗗𝗔𝗬 for 303 days. I’m doing it to raise funds for a place that does something truly immeasurable: East Lancashire Hospice.

Each day, it costs the hospice £8,000 to keep their Inpatient Unit running, which is £800 a day to care for each inpatient. But the need goes far beyond that. East Lancashire Hospice provides so many additional services for people at every stage of life’s journey, including:

• At-home care

• Therapy and counselling

• Day respite services

• Art therapy and meditation

• Community café and support network

These services bring comfort and dignity to people facing some of life’s toughest moments, but they can only continue with the community’s support. That’s where we can all make a difference.

Every step I take on this journey is a step toward keeping these services accessible for those who need them.
