For Terry: In memory of a great person, dear friend, husband, father & grandfather. 

50 K Triathlon completed on 14th June 2026 in 3hrs 25mins. Slight challenge of a grade 2 tear of left achilles 4 weeks before competition hindered run training, but with medical advice, we managed to nurse oursleves round the 10K run.

Personal motivation is lifted another notch when you’re competing for both the memory of a great person, and a cause that is investing with a positive intent to change the quality of people’s lives for generations to come.
