Elsie is a 9 year old girl who is passionate about helping other people. She is a very busy young lady who enjoys school, playing with her friends, attending sporting activities and spending time with her family. She has decided to attempt to swim the Channel, with a distance of 21 miles (1344 lengths) in 3 months in memory of her Grandma Amanda who sadly passed away in October 2021 at the Hospice from an incurable Brain Tumour.

Springhill Hospice provides care & support to people with a life limiting illness & their families. Springhill passionately believe that everyone should have access to the best care at the end of their lives. To help achieve this, Springhill's expert team work night and day in people’s homes and at the Hospice to offer specialist care. Springhill also support people emotionally, provide practical information & help them maintain their independence and dignity.
