This year I have decided I wanted to take on an exciting new challenge, have a little adventure and raise some funds for charity along the way. So I have signed up to complete a 450km cycle from Vietnam to Cambodia in November 2023. I'll be joining a group of other amazing individuals all cycling for causes close to their hearts through Dream Challenges. I am self funding my trip so 100% of all donations will go straight to my choosen charity, Brain Tumour Research.

My wonderful mum was diagnosed with a brain tumour 13 years ago now, and our family were blessed with incredible health care professionals who swiftly diagnosed, removed the tumour and treated mum through to recovery. We're the lucky ones and are so grateful. Sadly though that's not always the case and the older I get the more people I hear of who are affected by brain tumours.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer… yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease. This is unacceptable!
