On 26th of July, I’ll be taking on my biggest physical challenge yet: The Outlaw Triathlon in Nottingham. This "Full Distance" event is a grueling test of endurance, consisting of a 4km swim, a 180km cycle, and a full 42.2km marathon to finish. While the training schedule is daunting and the race day will be long, my motivation is fueled by the incredible work of the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance (LNAA). This charity brings life-saving hospital care directly to the scene of emergencies, but they rely almost entirely on donations to keep their helicopter in the sky.

Every penny raised will not only help provide critical care to those in desperate need but will also give me the mental "boost" I need to get through those final miles. Whether it’s a small donation or a word of encouragement, I would be incredibly grateful for your support as I push my limits for this life-saving cause.
