About us

Harry, Nicholas and I will all be taking part in the AJ Bell Great Scottish Run in memory of my sister, and the boys’ auntie, Gillian. All money raised will go to the Beatson Cancer Charity, who supported Gillian and our family so much during her final months with us.

Gillian sadly passed away on 13th December 2025 after a short but aggressive battle with cancer, leaving behind her husband and two young daughters, Mia and Aria.

Nicholas and Harry will be running in the children’s events on Saturday 3rd October 2026, while I will be taking part in the Half Marathon the following day alongside our cousin, Colin.

The Beatson Cancer Charity provided incredible care, support and compassion to Gillian and our family during the most difficult time of our lives, and this is our way of giving something back in her memory.

Any donation, no matter how small, would be hugely appreciated and will help support the amazing work carried out by everyone at the Beatson every day.
