Story
This year I’m taking on a cycling challenge that will culminate in the Wolverhampton to Aberdovey Bike Ride, alongside the Cycle for Compton challenge, to support a cause that means a great deal to me and to many people in our community.
For over 30 years, WCASG has provided vital cardiovascular rehabilitation support to people in Wolverhampton.
They created Have a Heart (Wolverhampton) — a dedicated Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Centre. Their vision was to deliver excellent exercise-based rehabilitation, more flexible programmes, complementary wellbeing support, and a welcoming social space for patients and members.
By completing this cycling challenge, I hope to raise funds and awareness for this centre. Every mile I ride is for the people who rely on these services — and for those who may need them in the future.
Any support, whether through donations, encouragement, or simply sharing this message, will make a real difference. Thank you for helping push this important project forward.
