Jobe has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, the result of an undiagnosed rare genetic condition called FAP. The initial information we received about FAP was through MacMillan’s webpage & they have remained a constant source of information for many questions we have had since then. As well as raising awareness of FAP, we are hoping to raise as much money as we can for MacMillan, & any donation will be greatly received 🙏🏻 thank you x
