The High Sheriff of Leicestershire "Leicestershire 3 Peaks Challenge" for Leicester Charity Link

Charity Link's Leicestershire 3 Peaks Challenge · 24 September 2023 ·
In my capacity as High Sheriff of Leicestershire, I am walking the 16 miles of the Leicestershire 3 Peaks Challenge, with my team, to raise money for Charity Link, one of my chosen charities for my year.
The High Sheriff of Leicestershire’s Team are Henrietta Chubb, her husband David Chubb, Helen Trower (the High Sheriff’s consort) and her husband Richard Trower.
You are really welcome to come and join us on the walk by registering with Charity Link, otherwise it would be wonderful if you could please give a donation.
Based in Leicester city centre, Charity Link provides essential items, (including food, clothing, beds, fridges and cookers), to people in hardship and crisis. We believe that all local people deserve a decent standard of living, with a right to adequate food, shelter and the means to keep warm, clean and rested – no matter what difficulty they may be facing. We do this by finding funding to provide the essential items that everyone deserves.
We can’t do this without the vital support of our donors. Every £10 donated unlocks £50 from charitable trusts and every single penny goes to help local people and children in need.
Charities pay a small fee for our service. Learn more about fees
