I am taking part in Duke of Edinburgh and as part of that, I need to volunteer my time. I have chosen to use my creativity and paint commissions - mainly pets or landscapes to raise money for East Cheshire Hospice. This charity holds a special place in our hearts, as the hospice provided invaluable care for my grandpa after his diagnosis with an incurable brain tumour in December 2024. Sadly, he passed away just 10 weeks later, but the support and compassion he received meant the world to our family. We will also be taking part in the starlight walk on the 15th May in his memory.
