Our wonderful 7 year old son, Jack, would like to do something to help Palestinian children and families get the medical supplies and support they desperately need.

Jack has set himself the personal challenge of swimming 5000 metres over the 5 weeks of the school holidays and he would love people to sponsor him.

Money raised will go directly to the amazing UK based charity Medical Aid for Palestinians.
