We both lost our mums to Cancer, both of whom worked for the NHS for many years! The Christie did an amazing job in providing world class care. As an example, we had to take my mum into the Christie on Christmas Day in an emergency situation. The staff provided us all with Christmas Dinners to brighten up a dark day. They looked after us in some difficult circumstances so they really do go that extra mile to provide world class care.

We want to repay them in a small way by going a few extra miles in the spirit of raising money for their amazing charity.

1 in 2 will develop cancer in our lifetime so we are all affected by this horrific disease so there is no more worthy a cause to raise money for!

Any donations are more than welcome and the more the merrier!
