Story
This year marks my 25 year at the NSPCC, I have seen how important the work of the NSPCC is, and the difference we make to the lives of children every day.
Just £4 could answer a call to Childline and help a child.
£3 could pay for a child to receive the Speak out and stay safe service in schools
£5 could pay for a call to our NSPCC Helpline, providing support to children within our local communities.
Any small amount you can give means so much.
This challenge is tough both myself and Debs will be taking on some of the tallest mountains in Croatia which are similar in Height to Ben Nevis.
I am terrified of heights and the challenge includes climbing with a rope up a rock face !!!
Over three days we will be hiking for 8-9 hours a day !! Considering I have had both hips replaced and heart surgery this is the biggest thing I have ever done.
The NSPCC is the leading children's charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.
Every child deserves the best possible chance to rebuild their life after abuse
That’s why we’re here. That's what drives all our work. And that’s why – as long as there’s abuse – we will fight for every childhood.
