As some of you be know, our lovely friend Fiona was diagnosed with cancer earlier on this year and she was treated in the Women's Hospital.
Gary & I have entered Hyrox Manchester a fitness race which combines both running and functional workouts repeated 8 times, more info: https://hyrox.com/the-fitness-race/
All money raised will go directly to support the gynaecology cancer unit at LWH who provide life saving treatment like they did to Fiona.
Fi will always have as special place in my heart and I am lucky to call her one of my best friends.
