Nobody really knows much about a hospice until they need them, as a charity Wirral Hospice St John's relies on donations and fundraising to help the charity keep caring for the patients and their loved one at a time of most need

Dad spent his final weeks at Wirral Hospice St John’s. To know that he was in such a special place and being so well looked after brought great comfort at an incredibly sad and difficult time. Mum and I will always be grateful for how they looked after not just dad but also us at this time

It is a privilege to have the opportunity to help raise money for the hospice again, although anyone who knows me knows that , I don't run, I don't like running and I have never wanted to run so to get a place in the London Marathon 2025 seems incredibly ironic and a fabulous opportunity to put my fundraising trainers on and do this - It wont be pretty, it will be slow and it will be done.
