Mount Everest Base Camp Challenge.

As you all know from previous posts, I have a wee buddy Ryan McNair. (RYZO) that turns up to the place where I've trained every day for the last ten years and makes my day better.

Cerebral Palsy Scotland are a charity that has helped his family out over the years with treatments and such like, I'd like to raise as much money as possible to help them out and keep this great charity going. please dig deep and help me reach and surpass my target of £2k. I'm hoping for a lot more with everyone's help. I will be Hiking to Mt Everest Base camp from the 21st of October 2023, the hike will take 14 days to complete and anyone that knows me will know this is a huge challenge for me (Smokey Joe) so again, dig deep for this fantastic organization.
