In October 2025, my life changed when I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone disease (MND), a devastating, progressive condition with no cure.
The MND Association focus on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
I have always loved swimming and surfing and I plan to take part in lots of dips and swims in a variety of beautiful locations with family and friends.
