I will be 60 in June 2026 and needed a challenge to celebrate this milestone. What better way than running 10 marathons in 10 days around Lake Windermere starting on 1st May 2026 in aid of The Brathay Trust.

This awesome charity 'Inspires children and young people across the UK to build their brighter futures'. They work with over 7000 young people every year at their residentials in the Lake Distict helping to build their skills, attitude and behaviours in order to develop their potential, their employability and their resilience. The Brathay Trust empower them to make active choices that will benefit them and the people around them.
