I’m not sure if it’s facing the big 50 in 2026, a hint of a mid life crisis or the life time goal of participating in the London Marathon that has me signed up for this. What I do know is that I am proud and humbled to be racing for Macmillan. I have never ran a marathon before, but I will be thinking of all those close to me and beyond who are affected by cancer every day with every step I stagger towards the finish line.
