I’m proud to be running the 2026 TCS London Marathon for Sobell House Hospice, a charity that means so much to my family.

My Grampy, Brian Mabbutt, received care from Sobell House, and several other members of my family in Oxfordshire have also been supported by their incredible team, including Mark Kirby (my uncle) who spent his last few days there recently. Their compassion and kindness made an enormous difference during some of our hardest moments.

I’ve run 3 marathons before, but this one is especially meaningful. I’m running in honour of my Grampy and Uncle, and in gratitude for everything Sobell House has done for us. This is a marathon with deep purpose behind every mile.
